My absolute perfect date would be sitting in a park next to the river, drinking lemonade and talking about deep questions we are all afraid to answer. I’m 21 years old but I was born with an old soul. I listen to Air Supply, my favorite movie is Grease and I still keep my fingers crossed that one day I’ll meet a romantic and nice man. I want things to be simple and lovely. That’s why I love this recipe so much. I spent a day searching for red clover around and screaming every time I saw a branch on the floor (my huge fear of snakes).
Do you like glasses I used ? Those crystal glasses are my parents wedding gift and they are using them only for a special occasions, so you can imagine how happy they were when they saw me putting them on the stones in our front yard. Well yolo.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup red clover blooms
- 2 cup water
- 10 tablespoons lemon juice (apx. 4 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons honey
DIRECTIONS
1. Boil the blooms and water for 5-7 minutes
2. Strain the clover tea using a paper towel ( I used gauze ) to get out all the bugs
3. Add lemon juice and honey
4. Stir and chill for 1-2 hours
5. Before serving, pour lemonade over ice
SESTAVINE
- 1 1/2 skodelice cvetov rdeče detelje ( 1 skodelica - volumen 240 ml )
- 2 skodelici vode
- 10 žlic limoninega soka (pribl. 4 limone)
- 2 žlici medu
POSTOPEK
1. Cvetove in vodo vremo na smernem ognju od 5 do 7 minut
2. Čaj precedimo skozi krpo ( jaz sem uporabila gazo ), da dobimo čisti čaj brez cvetov in žuželk
3. Dodamo limonin sok in med
4. Pustimo, da se napitek hladi 1-2 ure
5. Limonadi dodamo led in jo postrežemo
