
Well hello, hello my little fancy reader. I’m back to learning how to cook. In the last recipe I was using Nutella and now here we go again. It starts to look like a serious Nutella obsession but I promise you it’s not. The last time I was eating Nutella was when I was making those doughnuts from my previous recipe post.

Pozdravljen moj najbolj fensi bralec. Ok, to je definitivno grozno slišat v slovenščini. Kot obljubljeno bom objave z recepti pisala tudi v slovenskem jeziku. V prejšnjem receptu sem uporabljala Nutello in kot vidiš jo bom tudi v tem. Vem, da to že počasi spominja na problem in obsedenost z Nutello ampak, če sem iskrena je sploh ne maram in sem jo nazadnje jedla takrat, ko sem pripravljala mini krofke za mojo prejšnjo objavo.

I invited my dear friend over to bake something and just hang out together while my family was out of country. My mom and I bought a bunch of ingredients for at least 4 different recipes because I couldn’t decide which recipe I want to try first. Same issues with the boys, huh ?

K sebi sem povabila mojo prijateljico, da nekaj spečeva in se malo podruživa medtem, ko je moja družina izven države (kar ni preveč oddaljeno, če živiš 20 min od meje). Z mojo mami sva šli predtem po nakupih in sva nabrali sestavin za minimalno 4 različne recepte, zato ker se naša Špela enostavno nezna odločit kaj bi rajši. Isti problem kot s fanti, a ?

Yea can you see how excited I already got about cooking ? Well don’t ask me to cook dinner for you. Ok back to what I was talking about- truth to be told I got a hangover so I wasn’t really feeling in to cooking anything that night but luckily my friend can be a bit of a pain in the ass sometimes (but I love that pain in the ass) so we did it. As you can see from the photos surrounding this already-way-too-long text.

Poglej ti mene ! Že popolnoma zagreta za kuhanje ! Ampak lepo prosim brez prošenj za kuhanje večerje. No nazaj k temi. Čisto iskreno sem imela malo mačka in zato je bilo kuhanje zadnja stvar, ki sem si jo želela početi. Na srečo moja draga prijateljica, zna biti na momente mala tečnobica tako, da sva se odpravili in začeli z valjanjem testa.
This is one of the easiest recipes for sure and you can assume that by the fact I was able to do it. Wup Wup for me and for my awful cooking skills. These kind of croissants are great to eat next to a cold milk while sitting on a sofa while you are trying to forget about shameful stuff you did last night. Just sayin’

To je definitivno eden izmed najlažjih receptov, kar pa lahko sklepaš že po dejstvu, da sem ga jaz sposobna izvesti. Wup Wup zame in za moje nemojstrske sposobnosti. So pa takšni rogljički odlični ob mrzlem mleku, na kavču medtem, ko poskušaš pozabiti na sramoto prejšnje noči. Sam’ pravm’.
INGREDIENTS | SESTAVINE |
one package puff pastry sheets | en paketek lisnatega testa |
3 tabelspoons of Nutella | 3 žlice Nutelle |
flour (for easier working with pastry) | moka (za lažje delo s testom) |
- Heat your oven to 350° F and line parchment paper on the baking sheet
- Slightly flour surface where you are planning to work, take pastry sheet and create a ball out of it with your hands. Put it on the table and start rolling over it with rolling pin to create a shape of a circle
- Take a cutter wheel or a regular knife and start cutting a pastry diagonally from all sides to create triangles
- Place about half teaspoon of Nutella on the wider side of a triangle and start rolling it to the centre to create croissant shape
- Place your perfect little croissants on baking sheet and bake it for around 20 minutes
- Bon Apetit !

- Segrej pečico na 180°C in položi peki papir v pekač
- Rahlo pomokaj delovno površino, vzemi lisnato testo in ga zgneti tako, da dobiš kroglo. Testo položi na mizo in ga razvaljaj tako, da nastane krog
- Vzemi krožno rezalo ali pa navaden kuhinjski nož in prični rezati diagonalno iz vseh strani kroga, da dobiš obliko trikotnikov
- Pol čajne žličke Nutelle nanesi na širši del trikotnika in začni zvijati proti sredini tako, da dobiš obliko rogljička
- Svoje perfektne mini rogljičke postavi na pekač in jih peci približno 20 min
- Bon Apetit!
